Be involved in Race around Australia - Start at 7am Monday 12 Sept Crockatt Park, Woody Point

This is an opportunity to be involved in the start and finish of a “Race Around Australia” – See the following web site - http://www.racearoundaus.com.au/

At this point we are talking about the start which is on Monday 12 Sept next week, 7am.

Rotary Redcliffe Sunrise are donating sausages for a breakfast on the council electric BBQ’s that Councillor Rae Frawley [ MBRC Div 5] and others are cooking up. Come along and be involved and support the Royal Flying Doctors in the launch of “RACE_AROUND_AUSTRALIA” by Dave Alley.

350Km per day is a great effort for approx. 40 sequential days. We feel the pain!!

There are a few of us in the Rotary Sunrise club and others who have cycled from Sydney to the Gold Coast and this was approx. 150km per day for 6 sequential days and we know what that was like.

Good luck Dave. Great effort and hope to see you at the end also!!!

El Presidente

Gangster and Moll are walking about Redcliffe
